We have changed our move in date so many times and also the size of the storage and it's never been an issue. We have been extremely stressed with the house move but the storage aspect has been so simple thank you

All staff are very helpful and want to provide a package that suits one's needs and pocket. The process was pretty straightforward except maybe for the insurance inventory part that was a bit mind numbing. Otherwise clear and straightforward
Poppy was amazingly friendly but just as importantly she was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful.She explained all aspects of the process and showed us around the facility explaining the user experience so well.
