This was my first experince using a storage company and was pleased with the way I was helped through the process and procedures.

Move in was great however this was a Saturday afternoon and there was only 1member of staff on site, there were other people waiting to come move in and they weren't happy about having to wait for us to finish. Don know if the room is alarmed as mentioned on a previous question.

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, very helpful and willing to accommodate an unusual request. I would highly recommend the Hanley branch of the Armadillo (big yellow) storage.

From the moment I first contacted Armadillo, Nina was extremely helpful, very professional and knowledgeable too. As this was our first experience of self-storage, Nina explained everything thoroughly and offered a competitive deal also. I would have no hesitation in recommending Armadillo for your self-storage solution.

Nice to see good old fashioned customer service is still available. Initial set up seemed to have a lot of paperwork and rules but aside of that the experience was very good. Staff are friendly and very helpful and I would strongly recommend the Fenton branch that I have just taken up storage with.

I was very pleased with the deal I got for the storage I needed. Very clean, Great staff that take care of you. Hassle Free storage. I paid a very small fee for access between 5am to 11pm 7 days a week so that I could go whenever I needed. This was worth every penny and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Was in a hurry to storeload of boxes, plans changed on a whim.Manager was so helpful nothing to much trouble Nice bit of radio playing spotless tidy corridors, store room just as clean.

The staff i dealt with were very helpful and not pushy at all but advise was very welcome. They also gave me the discounts straight away and explained in detail about access. I have visited the storage several times since and the staff are lovely and the place is kept very clean, would definately recommend it to other people.
