Everything was so easy and straight forward. the Manager explained all the terms and conditions in "lay mans terms" and was patient and answered any questions i had - made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had never used self storage before so this was an unexpected bonus
There is only one down fall is that they do not take cash.on the first visit
The staff at Armadillo Stoke have not only been helpful and friendly but they go out of their way to find the best situation for you, and help out wherever possible. I would love if there were later access hours/Sunday access but appreciate that this may not necessarily be in high demand for domestic customers.
Not happy about the additional insurance charge that you are obliged to buy from Armadillo. I was originally quoted an additional
Pre-booked the space the night before over the phone and then arrived in the morning with two car loads. Staff were very friendly, an asset to the company. Signing up was fast and efficient and everything was explained to me really well. The space was straight foreward to access, clean and brightly lit. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will use you again.
My storage requirements were at very short notice, but one call to Armadillo and my space, term and charge rates were all agreed. The 'on-line inventory' facility was useful as you add to it as you pack up your belongings....staff really know how to handle customers and are flexible on the day when you arrive giving you options should y ou need more storage room. Excellent service!
So helpful - from putting me in touch with 'man and van' to processing a bigger room than I'd thought I would need - everything was so simple and nothing too much trouble. Matched price of another company to make a long stay affordable.
