I found the staff very friendly and helpfull in everyway. All the details of the storage were explained clearly and in detail and i genuinly felt like the staff wanted to help! I have been back to the facility a number of times and have had no issues gaining acces or getting tomy things! AAAA++++++++++

The internet booking & quotation request is really easy to use, - even I could do it! Staff were very friendly - chatty & pleasant. They made the moving in process very staightforward & as painless as possible.
I have found that the attitude of the staff has been excellent. They have been very helpful and are always around to answer any questions that I have. The buildings and the spaces are very clean and tidy. Overall an excellent service.
I am not sure what I expected from a storage unit but I was very pleasantly surprised. The building and the actual unit were extremely clean and I felt comfortable knowing that my goods were being kept clean, secure and well looked after. Your staff were very helpful and I would definitely use your facilities again.
