For domestic first time storage user the staff were able to easily, show us the units, take us through the process and give the confidence of a professionally run setup.

I didn't make the initial enquiry nor the booking - it was all done on my behalf.

everything was very easy. the team kept in touch and let me know deals etc

my initial enquiry was handled very quickly and nick was very helpful , i came down to see my room and saw that it would not be big enough, nick straight away showed me a slighty bigger room that was fine so i took that one very helpful and polite man
