Very simple process. Stephanie, although relatively new to the job was competent & friendly.

Absolutely fantastic experience. From the first quote to the final stages. We were initially contacted by phone to discuss our requirements, it was very pleasant and non aggressive conversation which helped us decide that Big Yellow Storage was definitely a good choice. We appreciated the fact that the company matches cheaper quotes that we were able to obtain. On site we were greeted by Nick and Stephanie who made me feel welcomed and were very patient with my little ones who accompanied me that day. Nick talked me through the contact with great detail and understanding. He had professional yet warm manner. Stephanie was super helpful and was able to answer many questions, which I understood was part of her training. As I already mentioned, we were researching other companies and they all came short when it comes to the customer service side. Very aggressive, pushy sales persons were more of a deterrent to us. Both my husband and I found the experience provided by your company utterly enjoyable and will highly recommend it to our friends. It is people like Nick and Stephanie , and those on the phone who add the personal touches and convinced us to choose BYS.

My first time using a self storage unit and Nick was very helpful and I left with no questions.

I personally thought the first visit was ok and was looking to moving in. But not knowing what I was storing due to decluttering I am finding the inventory list a hassle. I understand for insurance reasons this needs to be done but why can't it be done on line. I had to spend more time then needed filling in more forms. Other than that it was OK.

Initial inquiry dealt with quickly and efficiently, booking was straightforward and I could get through on the phone easily with all queries I had.

Handled very well called before hand and nick handled everything very well and explained everything clearly when signing the contract.
