From the moment I called, Nick was incredibly helpful, and I was able to store things within a short space of time at very short notice. Nick was really lovely and friendly, and could not have done more to help me through every stage of the process. The removalists I used were also great - prompt and again super helpful (recommended by Nick).
I had a very efficient response to my initial enquiry and was also very pleased with the quotation and the speed with which the move was arranged given the short timelines. I received comprehensive information on the whole process on the phone with the depot manager and also via email so I knew exactly where I was.
All very easy and lots of calls to make sure everything was ok prior to move in. Everyone was very polite and helpful on the day and made me feel very welcome while waiting for the van to arrive.
