Customer sevice very good, but to many add on costs, insurance is over the top, based on big yellow sales pitch, secure property, cameras and the like,

Very friendly, helpful check-in, with extensive explanation of how it all worked... clean and tidy reception. My only complaint - and this is personal taste - was the awful music playing ..and just a little too loud!
