The service by Lauren in the Sutton office was great. She explained everything in great detail and showed everything. The only thing I wasn't aware of in advance was how much the insurance would be on top of the rental a week. It wasn't that much more, so I didn't mind too much, but I still would've liked to know before check-in.
Lauren was great, clear and upfront about all costs. Friendly and professional and made the entire process easy. Facilities are clean and well presented.
