Fabulously easy to use! Lee and Emma are super friendly. Always fantastic customer service! Love that they play the radio everywhere too! Nothing beats a boogy while doing sometimes boring tasks! Highly recommend big yellow to anyone. Very secure! We used it as work storage. Thanks big yellow Swindon!!

Went to collect a multipack of storage boxes yesterday from this place and had some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. The two people on reception were genuinely so nice and friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked it, we had a pleasant conversation, they knew exactly what I was after and had it prepared for me to pick up, they even offered to take it out to my car for me. Such simple things but really made the difference and really appreciated some great customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they were awesome!
