I’ve been using Big Yellow for a while now. Just recently I had some issues. I contacted Lee at Swindon, who I found to be very polite , professional and helpful. Within a short time Lee came back to me having sorted everything out which has taken a massive load off my mind. Many thanks to Lee and his team. Excellent work.

I can't fault the service I received from this company. I called on a Saturday morning to enquire about a storage until and the staff member was super friendly and helpful. Then the male member of staff who took payment and showed me to the unit was brilliant. Completely exceeding my expectations from a customer perspective. The unit itself is perfect for my requirements, easy to access, safe, clean etc. I highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. I cannot remember the names of the gentleman and lady that helped us but they were fantastic. She even supported us with being able to return later after hours as we had further items to collect and store, I was incredibly greatful as it took a lot of the pressure off. They supported me to alter my inventory as well as I had made an error. Great customer care.

I received great help from Big Yellow members at Swindon Greenbridge retail park, particularly Emma and Lee.
