Friendly and helpful staff giving us all the information about the move which made it easy to navigate

The staff in Swindon made every thing so easy and straight forward. They were also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The storage is clean and very easy to use, unlike other storage facilities I've used in the past.

The guy at the front desk was called Lee and he couldn't of done any better really helpfull with picking the right size room for me, showing me different sizes and overall just really helpful

Personal help for initial encounter and made sure I knew how to access my storage unit in the future. Clear details for charges

Clear pricing. Good comms straight from the start. Easy to complete all documents online in advance. Regular check in from team prior to move in. On arrival, Verne was expecting us and gave us a very professional overview. The unit was very clean.
