Fine efficient and friendly and easy

Perfectly polite and knowledgeable about the product, but as is always and inevitable the case with telephoned quotes, it is amazing how the whole expense isn't intimated til one is presnt at the til. An original quote of a potential £25 per week, ended up being a first month bill of over £250!

Very easy, box dimensions on website clear, call before visiting was welcome to check on COVID details and Vincent explained everything really clearly on arrival.

Super easy, loved the online reservation option which meant I could sort it out one evening and move stuff in the next day. Only disappointing thing was that the online quote didn’t include insurance which is mandatory which meant when I arrived it cost £4.50 per week more than I had planned for

Friendly and straight forward .. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.

All very quick and easy ..... especially as the systems, including telephone and email, had failed on the day of the move.

Process was straightforward from booking online to getting the storage unit all turned around without problem wish my solicitor was this good although then I probably wouldn't have needed the storage but that's a different story
