Very easy to book and move in all staff very helpful

We were a bit apprehensive about moving stuff with the whole Covid mess. We were having second thoughts of coming down to Big Yellow, despite booking online(The IT system - online checkin just worked really well!). I think Vincent's call checking on us, did the trick in assuaging us and we decided to go ahead. Michelle's super meticulous approach including all social distancing measures and immediate disinfection procedures, just added a lot more comfort. She made it seem seamless. Not a great time to be at work. But, I am grateful that your extremely professional team is around in such times too. Thank you Big Yellow - Team Swindon

Initial contact was via website at night with phone call from Adam Dudek first thing in the morning. Adam was excellent and listened to our requirements and worked extremely hard to provide what we were looking for. Subsequent communications via email and phone were excellent with clear, concise and honest information. He was extremely polite and professional throughout the process and the attention and level of customer were one of the main reasons for choosing Big Yellow over the competition. Move in even in the current climate was warm and welcoming.

When phoning to discuss booking the storage space on prior occasions we spoke to either Michelle Best, Adam or and Vincent Lee and were dealt within a very professional way with full explanation of the process, then when arriving at the storage unit on the day were were greeted by Vincent and Michelle who kindly made us a lovely cup of tea which was most appreciated after our 2 and a half hour journey from Portsmouth to Swindon due to two accident hold ups on the motorway. Both staff were both very polite and helpful.

I thought Adam was clear and very helpful. He's a credit to big yellow storage.
