Easy to get a quote and reserve a space online for the next day. Once in branch Vincent was extremely kind, polite and helpful and made the entire process easy, with really clear help and explanations of all processes.
Enquiry through to booking and help as our first and second Booking was postponed owing to the cronavirus, everyone was so helpful, I can't comment on moving our belongings into this storage as our family moved everything for us while we went away for a few days ( our house was being rewired ) they told me all went very well.

Adam was very polite, informative and helpful at all stages of the process. Very easy to do.
The booking/check in process was really easy. Everything could be done online in advance which meant I didn’t have to spend too long in reception. The social distancing/cleaning/COVID measures in place were brilliant. It was overall a very easy process.

I dealt with Nicki at first when i called in to enquire. She was very friendly and helpful and discussed everything in detail with me about the storage options. I was pleased with my initial enquires as she answered all my questions i had.
Swindon were great, but when the call is handled centrally because Swindon is busy, the impression is a lack of coordination and communication.
I think considering I had checked-in online the process at store is quite length. I could have read, signed and paid online as well. Cheers.
