Excellent friendly service, everything clearly explained etc

The staff that helped me both on the first and second days were very friendly, patient, and helpful. Top score for them. I was not so happy with some dimensions of the online registration form; for instance, I do not see why I need to share my birthdate with yet another server of an unknown security level, to attain a temporary storage space. Also, the emergency contact form had some annoying quirks.

Very fast, straightforward and friendly service. We were set up and done within 10/15 mins despite being late on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't catch the ladies name but she was spot on

Easy to book Went to our local store. All the staff and especially the manager Michele, very helpful and answered all my questions
