Amazing service!!

Big Yellow seems to give the best price but I still find the prices very high for storage. Filling in a detailed inventory is tedious and time consuming. I have not had to do this previously. Staff at our branch very friendly and helpful.

I found the staff (all three that I dealt with) to be friendly, helpful and clear, professional ,really, so when things went wrong with a computer glitch, I was still helped as far as possible, and was able to provide details after storage on my second load. I reduced the score for the minor inconvenience caused by the glitch.

Very friendly staff Thomas dealt with us and when we had to change our move in date they had no issues. We recommended big yellow to my in laws and now they have their own storage unit.
