Really friendly and accomodating staff

Because you were good communicators from the start to finish.

The service at the big yellow was very friendly and helpful. I was served by Tom who really helped clear up a confusion and was calm and helpful. The online system was not particularly clear or useful when you want to move in bit by bit and never mentioned that you also had to go into the branch which was rather annoying. However my experience in branch made me feel better about the service.
