The Swindon unit has a great team of staff who are very helpful and keen to support customers however they can.

Very helpful staff worked with me to find a storage space that fit my needs exactly, so that I wasn't paying for empty space.

Would like the option of taking out own insurance, your policy are not competitive

I used Yellow Box when I was moving house. I liked that I could talk to someone in the office at the Yellow Box site I was going to use. They were flexible in allocating me a different room on arrival as I needed a larger one. When I moved my kit out of storage they were very helpful especially when explaining how the refund would work and checking they had all my correct details. The administration was customer friendly and the staff were both informative and respectful. I would definitely use Yellow Box again.

We had to move out of our house lock stock and barrel when it was renovated - Big Yellow were really flexible about available storage, and at the drop of a hat found us a bigger unit when we realised how much stuff we had. Staff really helpful, location was brilliant, everything was simple to use, and they even called us when we inadvertently left a piece of a wardrobe behind when we moved everything out!
