Easy and convenient to use, helpful and friendly staff

The staff team were brilliant and even went out of their way to deliver an on line order from Big Yellow to me that had gone astray. I was getting divorced and loosing my home so this was a really stressful time but the staff were brilliant and made the storeage process really easy and care free...brilliant!

Simple and secure. easy to navigate without requring assistance.

Very easy to use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is always immaculately clean and tidy. Wish Sunday opening hours were a bit longer, but otherwise access really easy.

The team at Swindon were brilliant, explained everything to me and were very helpful. Very surprised to get a refund on a special offer. Would definately use again should the need arise and would recommend to anyone.

Having turned up at my pre-booked and paid for storage unit to discover they had closed early due to the football, (guess you get what you pay for!) finding big yellow open was a life saver. The location wasn't ideal and they were a bit more expensive, but the staff were great. As I arrived only 40 minutes from closing the out of access was very handy. I would recommend and would use again.

Extremly helpful and friendly staff they made a difficult move much easier. Did not chase money but offered helpful advice and excellent service. Easy access to storage we are very happy.

I have a problem with the 'cut-off' corners though - we have boxes to store, the cut-off corner makes it a pain - we had worked out the size of the unit and how many boxes will fit - we have had to adjust that. The small units should be in the row, not on the corner - you lose quite a bit of usable space.

I have a reasonable amount of storage space at BYS and a lot of deliveries. The staff go out of their way to help with deliveries and helping me with storage solutions that work for my situation. Thanks
