I cannot thank the staff enough for their friendliness, helpfulness and patience. I must have rearranged my 'move in' date about ten times, but it was never too much trouble and the team never ceased to be personable and polite. When I finally moved my things in, last weekend, Mark was incredibly helpful; my friends were remarking as we drove home on how impressed they were with the service. Once again, many thanks to everyone at Swindon for your tireless, cheery attitude.

Hi the only comment I would like to make is that there are square pillars in some of the rooms which makes it hard to fit some items in. Thanks Avril Clewer

From the moment we called to this date big yellow storage have done everything they can to help our move go more smoothly. As we are buying a new build property it has been delayed several times and big yellow have been very understanding about us moving dates. The staff are fantastic and are always happy. Overall big yellow are great and have made our move less stressful.

Great Service but a roof over the unloading bay would have been needed to stop stuff from getting wet

The location and colour-scheme attracted me -to the extent that I did not get 3 quotation - I am not aware of any other storage facility in Swindon. When I enquired about becoming a user I was impressed by the wealth of knowledge and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend this 5 Star Storage facility to anyone - not only my friends.

The staff at Big Yellow in Swindon have been really good, they have responded to my many questions promptly, professionally and politely. The store is clean and in an easy to access location although 24/7 access might have been helpful if it isn't available then it isn't - staff do need family time too!
