Initial enquiry was easy, someone phoned me to ask what I needed. The process was well explained on the website. Booking was not so easy as it seemed to be overly complicated. I can't understand why someone would need to show photo ID to put something in storage. I don't carry photo ID with me and was away from home, so had to phone home to get my partner to take a photo of my passport and email it to me! Moving in was very easy, the two team members were very helpful.

The booking (legal agreement) is very long, it would appear it has been made deliberately so, so that customers don't read it. I must have had to initial or sign 10 areas on a document that if I had go through properly probably would have taken me an hour. So like everyone else you just sign without knowing what it is you're signing for.
