Staff were extremely friendly, those including Todd, Ollie, and especially Judith and Felekech (!!!) who made me and my mum feel very welcomed and comfortable during the whole process. They took time to explain things clearly and in detail, providing great customer service and TEA! :) Would 100% recommended!
