Very helpful staff and check in. Very friendly, polite and understanding of needs.

I found staff friendly knowledgeable prompt to the point and everything happens smoothly. I was helped with Ms Caludia, she explained my options of spaces also helping with inventory too. She was fantastic. I will recommend big yellow storage to friends.

I had a very friendly welcome from the team and was talked through how everything worked as well as shown where the unit I had would be. As I had booked online, Ollie checked to see if there was a closer unit available, which there was, which made transferring my belongings so much quicker and easier. I was made to feel completely at ease and although I was talked through everything thoroughly, I never felt like I was being spoken down to or made to feel stupid. I was shown how to set and unset the code and why this was important so I can come and go easily for any future visits and the team checked that the code worked before I was left to my own devices. All in all really good service.

Excellent service and communication all round. Everything was very transparent. Online check in was simple and when I arrived at the store the gentleman who assisted me was excellent. Extremely knowledgable, explained everything, very helpful and went out of his way to help with any enquiries I had. Very impressed, 10/10. Thank you

Initial approach on internet to get a quote which was positive. Call back by phone was helpful. Decided to get storage sooner rather than later on receipt of more information and seeing the room size.

Ollie and Todd have been amazingly helpful, they really listened to everything I was saying and helped me get exactly what I needed

Very good process overall. Easy to book online. Followed up shortly thereafter by a courtesy phone call to make sure everything was clear. Finally, during the check in day Nick did a fantastic job of explaining the site, access procedures and contractual requirements in a very clear and friendly way.

The initial enquiry, right through to moving into the storage space was handled by Todd. He handled the whole process in a friendly and extremely efficient manner. Would strongly recommend Todd and Big Yellow Storage to anyone.
