I felt assured from the get go with big yellow. Nothing seemed to be too much of an issue. Communication was consistent and reassuring in the build up. Having never used a self storage before, I had all my questions answered. I didn’t feel overwhelmed with information. When arriving at big yellow, Todd welcomed me in and explained everything in an excellent manner. He tone & body language made me feel welcomed.
