Todd was my first point of contact and was very helpful

Very organised, helpful staff - really friendly.

The booking (legal agreement) is very long, it would appear it has been made deliberately so, so that customers don't read it. I must have had to initial or sign 10 areas on a document that if I had go through properly probably would have taken me an hour. So like everyone else you just sign without knowing what it is you're signing for.
