The overall process was good, I would just ensure that insurance costs are included to a certain extent in the initial quotes.

I have never had storage space prior to this, Claudia was extremely helpful, explaining all processes and repeating things for me when I needed clarification. I’m pleased to have had Claudia serving me on the day as I initially was still not sure about talking the space. Very happy, already been back twice in the last 24 hours, the entry and the exit feels secure and very easy.

Our initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and professionally. Todd was very proactive and responsive.

Oli was excellent on my initial phone call made everything clear and followed up as he said he would. Todd was brilliant on the day he made the experience very easy. He was nice, friendly and approachable and new all the answers to the questions we had. What a great person to have as the face of big yellow in Tolworth.

I had call from Claudia whom sort everything out for me And helped me to understand everything about yellow storage rules and how it works and helped me with moving, very lovey and friendly person, excellent customer service.

Really easy and simple. Staff make sure you understand and are keen to answer any of your questions. They make you feel at ease and like nothing is to much of a trouble.
