Keith was fantastic - incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. He took his time to show us around the place and find the right room for my stuff. He certainly made the whole process less stressful.

Following our initial enquiry we received a phone call and Todd was able to answer all our questions, he was also there on our moving in day and was very helpful and informative. Always nice to deal with the same person throughout process.

The overall process was good, I would just ensure that insurance costs are included to a certain extent in the initial quotes.
I have never had storage space prior to this, Claudia was extremely helpful, explaining all processes and repeating things for me when I needed clarification. I’m pleased to have had Claudia serving me on the day as I initially was still not sure about talking the space. Very happy, already been back twice in the last 24 hours, the entry and the exit feels secure and very easy.
