Everything from start to finish was easy and straight forward. Special mention to Ramona who was superb, you are lucky to have her.
Having to report into reception with additional inventory information every time a new item goes into storage is a hassle. In fact, having to provide an inventory at all is a hassle especially when there are numerous assorted items going into storage. I would voluntarily not have insurance as surely the goods stored under secure locks should be just that, secure on the premises. Secondly, having to pay for out of office hours access is not good. For most working people this means they have to use week end time only to undertake storage requirements.
Great staff, specifically our contact Ramona Ikuda was very tentative and patient. Cost of insurance is too high.

The lady who dealt with us at check in was lovely, a real credit to the company. It was extremely busy and she was on her own but was very professional and dealt with being rushed off her feet by dealing with everyone quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face.
