The manager at Tolworth, Lee, was very helpful, informative and went the extra mile to Deal with an issue which stretched beyond the end of his working day. Top class
I was helped by Ramona on Sunday and Kuda and Lee on Tuesday last week and all three were incredibly helpful and very very cheerful, It made the whole experience very pleasant and easy with the level of flexibility very useful, I would have no hesitation using the facility again and recommending it to friends. Having to report into reception with additional inventory information every time a new item goes into storage is a hassle. In fact, having to provide an inventory at all is a hassle especially when there are numerous assorted items going into storage. I would voluntarily not have insurance as surely the goods stored under secure locks should be just that, secure on the premises. Secondly, having to pay for out of office hours access is not good. For most working people this means they have to use week end time only to undertake storage requirements.
Great staff, specifically our contact Ramona Ikuda was very tentative and patient. Cost of insurance is too high.

The lady who dealt with us at check in was lovely, a real credit to the company. It was extremely busy and she was on her own but was very professional and dealt with being rushed off her feet by dealing with everyone quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face.

Both encounters were very friendly and informative, they both offered to further explain any details I didn't understand, providing a thorough breakdown of the service I was getting and providing an overall relaxed and exceptionally professional atmosphere whilst making me feel as though we knew each other on a personal level. Could not have asked for a better service experience.
