I dealt with 3 people at the storage, Lee mainly in person and on the phone, I found him very agreeable, pleasant and polite, willing to listen and helping all he could. On the day I took some items to the store I spoke with Klida, he also was very pleasant and very helpful. I spoke with Ramona on a day when I went to look at the storage which I have rented before and she was very willing, showing me various size rooms and listening to what I needed, over all my experience has been brilliant, and I would willingly recommend Big yellow storage to anyone.
