What an excellent service! Efficiently and helpfully run, easy to use, secure and well maintained and with helpful alerting regarding payments. It took away a storage headache for us very simply and is very reasonably priced for what it offers in relation to others on the market.

The storage unit at Tolworth is amongst one of the best of both yellow storage and also storage in general. The entrance and the communal areas are always immaculate and welcoming and the attitude of the staff is always friendly and efficient. I often to there alone and never feel anything other than safe.
I have based my business here for 5 years, and has been the best decision I made. From a security point, its piece of mind, convienience of location its perfect, the staff are outstanding. And the flexibily of my storage arrangments makes Big yellow my first choice.

I wanted to store my stuff for the summer whilst on holiday from Uni - I expected this to be a pricey venture, but actually for the whole summer from beginning of July to beginning of September it was only about
I occassionally have to visit my room to retrieve or check something. This invariably means taking out boxes stacked at the front of the room in order to reach those at the back. The boxes being heavy, this can take some time. I have been caught out when the lights in the main corridors go out (after a pre-set time?). I understand this to be a good environmentally friendly measure. However, if individual corridors or sections of each floor can be fed off their own circuits the motion sensors can detect where there is movement and keep lights on in that area, whilst allowing others to switch off as at present? Overall my experience of Big Yellow has been excellent. Thank you.
It sums it up really. I think that at least you should give us the option not to purchase insurance.. Too expensive
Every thing suited us perfectly. Near where we lived. Great storage space at a very good price. Staff really helpful. (size below is aguess, your records may show the right figure)
