Storage is pretty much the same wherever you go - a locked box amid many more. What sets BY Tolworth apart is the service. On a couple of occasions i have had the same member of staff deal with my queries (blond female) and she has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Quite often you feel like staff are more like pushy salemen or going through the motions but this she actually seemed genuinely pleased to help.

WE NEEDED SAFE DRY CLEAN STORAGE FOR OUR SONS FURNITURE AND CLOTHES WE WENT TO BIG YELLOW AS IT WAS FAIRLY CLOSE BY. THE SPACE LETTING PROCEDURE WAS SIMPLE , SWIFT AND GOOD VALUE. EXCELLENT GENUINELY FRIENDLY STAFF RUN THE OPERATION VERY WELL. WE HAVE BEEN BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES TO PUT IN MORE GOODS AND THE IN/OUT PROCEDURE IS SECURE/EASY TO USE . ONE OF THE STAFF ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGES US WHEN WE ARE THERE. WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.

Having just gone through an incredibly traumatic time which meant I had to get storage very quickly, I couldnt have asked for a better service from the manager at the Tolworth branch. He put me completely at ease, told me not to worry and sorted everything out for me very quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault the service or the facility in any way! Prices excellent, great size room for the price (I'm actually amazed how much I got in there, and theres still room for more!) and brilliant security all round. Five stars all round and first class service!!
