Very easy to book, straightforward on the day and (I think) Jo was very helpful in showing me the different room options and security system.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Armadillo, no matter how many times I rang, Jo,Julie and Ann were always very friendly and extremely helpful, also the chaps, I cannot remember all the names, but take a bow you're all brilliant. Thank you all very much????

Initial enquiry handled well. Subsequent (electronic) paperwork horrendous. Base on the principle that no one actual reads the mindless boilerplate that a storage contract apparently requires, why not have just one form instead of the multiple forms presented to me? So, my experience with Armadillo was spoiled by having a multitude of forma to sign, each one confirming and compounding the lie that I had read and understood it. Having obviously spent money and effort training your front office staff, you really need to look at your new customer experience post purchase.

I was new to this process so had loads of questions. I was given time to get a grasp how it worked from Julie and went back to her on numerous occasions, she remained patient and incredibly helpful. The flexibility shown was amazing by the whole team, who in my view go over and above. They follow up with calls, check How things are going and offer solutions. A great team.

First class friendly and efficient service, both members of team i dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent service i would recommend.

Very friendly and professional. We were able to have a look at the storage spaces to get an idea of sizes which was helpful.

Very pleased that Julie recommended increasing the room size based on the items list I filled in. She was absolutely correct and the room she allocated was perfect.
