At every step of the way your team at Torquay were excellent and very helpful. All 3 of the people I spoke to or met could not have been more helpful. They are a credit to your business. Too often people are quick to criticise and complain and rarely take the time to say what a great service they have received.

Initial enquiry handled well. Subsequent (electronic) paperwork horrendous. Base on the principle that no one actual reads the mindless boilerplate that a storage contract apparently requires, why not have just one form instead of the multiple forms presented to me? So, my experience with Armadillo was spoiled by having a multitude of forma to sign, each one confirming and compounding the lie that I had read and understood it. Having obviously spent money and effort training your front office staff, you really need to look at your new customer experience post purchase.

I was new to this process so had loads of questions. I was given time to get a grasp how it worked from Julie and went back to her on numerous occasions, she remained patient and incredibly helpful. The flexibility shown was amazing by the whole team, who in my view go over and above. They follow up with calls, check How things are going and offer solutions. A great team.
