spoke to julie at first very helpful and reassuring when doing through a bad time.

Very good service. Enquired about a unit and got a call back immediately and a unit reserved. Very helpful Julie had it all sorted. Went to start using the unit and online registration so easy. Went along and Julie showed me the unit, told me where toilets were and even offered coffee or tea.

Jo took my initial query, she was exceptionally friendly, happy & helpful & made the process very easy.

The staff at Torquay have been very keen to help, and very helpful throughout the process. I also had a number of emails and phone calls. My only negative would be that the pricing structure feels as if there are lots of 'add one's (lock, insurance, extra access etc). It would be easier to understand, and budget for, a 'one number' fee.

Jo was very helpful and made things easy and straight forward for me. During this hard time see someone so lovely and smiling was great.
