I’ve recently been going through a rather stressful time having decided to move away from Torbay, and on the final morning of my move, having already taken several van loads over to my new place 2hrs away, I realised I wasn’t going to fit everything into my car 😅 I don’t have any family nearby and was completely overwhelmed, trying to figure out a last-minute solution. I rang Armadillo Self Storage in Torquay first thing in the morning and spoke to Maria — and honestly, she was a star from the very first moment. She explained everything clearly, gave me a quote on the spot, and was so calm, warm, and professional. I decided to take up the storage option and when I arrived Maria greeted me with such kindness and made the whole process incredibly smooth. She walked me through everything step by step and took her time to show me around. She genuinely went out of her way to help me and made a potentially horrible, stressful day feel manageable. Maria, I’m so grateful for your help - Armadillo are so lucky to have you!

Maria was very helpful in showing me around. I had a look at various units and she gave me all prices and offers that were available. Waiting for house to sell before getting the storage unit but after such good customer service from Maria.
