Needed urgent storage and have never used anything of this kind.from the moment I walked through door of reception I was greeted by staff member Courtney who couldn't have been more helpful due to being audhd I found the level of compassion was astounding so a big thank you to Courtney at torquay for everything today

Absolutely marvelous experience booking a space here. Mainly due to the personable customer care I received from the the local front desk. Calls and face to face nothing was to much trouble and everything was explained perfectly and I was welcomed and informed about the use of the premises, security and the terms I was agreeing to. Possibly the best customer service I think I have received ever! Well done Torquay!
