I’m impressed how smoothly the whole process went from provisionally booking online to checking in, and actually activating the room. Staff were so helpful, polite and informative. I feel completely at ease leaving my furniture etc in their care.

Every aspect was dealt with exceptionally, from quote to completion of moving in. I'd like to mention Nick in particular who went above and beyond to ensure I got an unbeatable price. Nicks communication throught the process was brilliant, and I really felt like every customer matters to him.

Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous colleagues who communicated regularly from online enquiry to signing up for a unit. Particularly like to recognise Brin, Devlin, Apple and Pete for their customer care.
