Very well, if a bit over zealous on the sales calls.

Friendly staff who explained everything in detail and answered all questions

Initial response was friendly and subsequent follow up contact was always pleasant and clear. Nothing too much trouble. I was able to visit BY the day before my booking and sort all the preliminaries out eg proof of ID, payment, instructions and padlock etc. I also inspected the container having changed my mind last minute for a larger size. So, so far so good!

Everything has been incredibly well handled especially with the changes from tier 4 to lockdown. All my phone calls have been well handled by Alex Nick and Mel

Alex was very informative, had all the answers to hand and even preempted some questions before I had time to raise them. Excellent service

Very simple and Alex on reception was extremely helpful when moving in. He even found a bigger unit for us as we had more items to store than we had anticipated. The whole process was seamless.

The initial enquiry was handled very well but the whole process was rather long winded. At the end of the day I only wanted to rent some storage space!

The overall online process was great. And the team in Tunbridge Wells were very helpful with my questions.
