Alex and Nick were very helpful.

Good customer service

It was Goid Friday and while the storage was under resourced the staff member on hand (Hannah) did everything as efficiently as possible to ensure that all waiting customers were seen and given adequate attention. While the clearly under resourcing was unsatisfactory she was excellent.

Both of the people I dealt with were very helpful and friendly and made it easy to book in the storage and move in

Nick was very kind and helpful. He patiently gave me the different prices for different rooms and showed me the room size I asked beforehand.

Everyone I had dealings with were helpful, polite and explained the whole procedure as I had not done this before. It makes such a difference these days to find staff willing to do there jobs and give the service they provide and with a smile.

Very easy to book and check in. Staff were very helpful and friendly (Nick & Alex) and explained how everything works properly. The whole process is very secure too.

I was greeted by Alex who was certainly very friendly and couldn't do enough for me to help with my questions - he was calm and patient and very professional - advising me what would be the best unit for me. I then rang a couple of days later and spoke to Nick and the following day I moved in and Nick was again very patient and calm while I sorted the paperwork out with him - the atmosphere was very good and I felt this was the company I wanted to use.
