on my first visit to enquire about self storage Hannah was extremely informative and welcoming answering any questions or concerns that I had. on my second visit to fill in paperwork etc. I had Alex who was professional and polite throughout and explained everything clearly to me. Due to the professionalised staff I feel extreamly confident and happy with customer care that I have received.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Price match was honoured and discount applied for first 8 weeks. Staff took the time to show me how to use the facility on both visits. Slight problem with my direct debit instruction going through - staff were very pleasant when informing me and when resolving the problem.

If a friend or colleague was thinking of storing things, I would recommend using Big Yellow. Hannah Moon represented Big Yellow. Very friendly and professional.
