Friendly helpful staff .. checking up on the phone all was ok and start date. And when there offering hot drinks which was very much appreciated after a 2 hour drive to the unit.
I initially dealt with Adam on the phone who was super and Max Taskis on reception couldn't have been more professional and helpful. You pick your staff well and I am quite sure they generate an awful lot of business for you. I would rate them at 1 million out of 10. Truly outstanding.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Trolleys readily available and room of the size advertised. No hard selling. Everything clear and simple. Only complaint is the cardboard boxes quite pricey as was bubble wrap.
The service I have received from Sebastian, Alex and Max from the very first conversation has led me to believe I am working with a professional, understanding and caring business. I cannot fault in any way the Tunbridge Wells Big Yellow Self Storage business. I myself run two businesses, this team obviously talk to one another and leave one with the knowledge that the business is run well. I feel my goods are in very safe hands. I cannot even make a suggestion on how they could improve anything to make the business better.

The facilities are new, modern and clean. Very pleasant space to store one's belongings. Very secure with the alarm keypads. Good trolley availability, although can get busy in the afternoon.
Staff very good and knowledgeable gave me a tour of the rooms and helped me decide on which size I needed , they also reassured me that my things would be safe and secure.
Max and Matthew were very pleasant and helpful, and explained everything clearly. It was a last minute decision for us to take storage when moving house, due to a sudden change in circumstances, and being able to arrange it quickly and easily was a big relief. We were very grateful that Max and Matthew were so flexible, and allowed us to check in late, on the day there was a fire/road closure at the nearby refuse tip earlier in the day.
Very helpful staff - good, secure facilities. Could be improved further by reducing the cost of storage items such as boxes etc. These seem extortionate!
The process was quick, the staff were friendly offered me a cup of coffee which bearing in mind I was moving on that day was a really nice touch. Max was knowledgeable and made things run very smoothly.
