Very friendly and helpful service. Made pricing structure and rental cost very transparent, unlike I've experienced with other companies. Made a room change after a day as I realized I'd reserved too little space, the staff on the desk handled this with great ease and was very helpful in selecting another room. Didn't feel pressurized into buyin packing materials I didn't need.

Very quick and easy to organise, friendly and helpful staff

Everything was excellent. Staff were friendly & efficient, place looked and smelt clean. It was all very straightforward. I also got the first 8 weeks half price. It was a shame the unit was so far from the lifts, but someone's has to be there and it was explained it was because it was not a very large unit. You also kept my unit reservation with the same number although I took longer than expected to book in.

Bought a 25 ft room. Good follow up from the initial enquiry. Helpful advice on size. Clear explanation of contract terms. Overall good value.

Many big commercial deliveries of food/groceries being delivered which made it difficult for us to get our small van of household goods near the lifts.
