Ease of booking and checking in which was clearly explained and Matthew who looked after us in terms of checking the room and explaining the access and checking our procedures- a cup of coffee was very welcome on a busy day of shifting stuff !
Right from the minute I enquired about a reservation the team at Tunbridge Wells have been pro-active in helping me.They have thought of potentialproblems before I have needed to ask and taken away all the pressure. They are polite, approachable and nothing seems too much trouble, including the cup of tea on arrival at the store for me and my removal men.
Customer care was brilliant. I was served by Matthew who made sure that everything was clearly explained to me and every effort was made to meet my requirements.
Exceptional service from the team especially Seb Marsh, extended opening hours are a real bonus and the low security deposit helped too.
We have been in touch with your TWs office over some weeks now. We have always been impressed by the friendliness and overall competence of your staff particularly Max and Alex. We have signed up for six months.
I popped in and had my unit within 20 minutes. It's now full of our items and my family is really happy with such a clear house. Now the hard bit of sorting thru it all....
Very simple and straight-froward process
Friendly helpful staff .. checking up on the phone all was ok and start date. And when there offering hot drinks which was very much appreciated after a 2 hour drive to the unit.
I initially dealt with Adam on the phone who was super and Max Taskis on reception couldn't have been more professional and helpful. You pick your staff well and I am quite sure they generate an awful lot of business for you. I would rate them at 1 million out of 10. Truly outstanding.
