I was impressed, easier to use than I had imagined, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I came out of hours and it was very simple to use even with the security.

Much easier to organise than expected. Good access and security and very nice people.

I found the staff at Tunbridge Wells so very helpful even providing tea after a two hour journey to the store. The staff could not have been more helpful. Will use Big Yellow again.

Some location directions would be helpful for the ground floor as got lost on the way out

In the larger rooms lighting should be fitted as standard. A vending machine for drinks would be good.

So easy to use and is absolutely brilliant for long or short stay storage. Have had to use your storage twice in the last few months, first when we moved house and again while we have a large extension built onto our house. Have already recommended a friend who is using it at the present time.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very easy to use facility. Would definitely use again in the future.
