Very easy to use the storage, great value, would definately use again.

Easy to use ,very clear and clean unit for storage. Trolleys extremely useful for loading and unloading , but could do with a few more at busy times. Parking is quite adequate. The only part we found rather time consuming was the initial booking in, which seemed to go on forever, but understand high security is needed.

It's so easy! Review your requirements on the website in 3D & cost it. It really is so simple to book your space online. I did it less than 24 hours before I needed the space! This prompted a reassuring follow-up call the next morning. Lucy & Karen were ready with the paperwork, swiftly attended to, when we drove up in our loaded transit van. Access to one's store is easy. I was surprised at how clean the loading area & store was. Your precious furniture & goods are safe at this location of Big Yellow.

The staff were so proffessional and helpful, i needed storage with immediate affect due to an upsetting personal situation and they made it one less thing to worry about and were excellent. The made it so easy for me and nothing was too much trouble, they are clearly highly trained

After the death of my mother-in-law we needed somewhere to keep her things until we could sell them. We decided to use Big Yellow as we had seen the place when passing. We first used the web site to see what was available and we were impressed with how easy the site was to navigate and find what we wanted. We then decided to visit the site to get a better idea of how much space we would need and the woman on the desk was so helpful that we booked up our storage room immediately. Since then we have visited twice to put some items in our room and again we have been very impressed with how secure it is and yet this doesn't make it difficult for us to get in. So overall we would say 'Well Done'.

When you use Big Yellow, you realise how far storage facilities have developed in this day and age. At one time, "putting your goods into store" meant that you took your life in your hands, with your cherished belongings being subject to damage, loss and theft with no protection or redress against the storage company. No more. Enter Big Yellow and you are faced with something that is simple in concept and quick and easy to use. Helpful staff, easy access, totally painless. With Big Yellow, storage enters the 21st Century! My only adverse comment is that the room I rented, F77, may have been 50 square feet, but there were a number of ducts, etc. projecting into the room space which could have made storage difficult had I not been storing a large number of items of various sizes which gave me a certain flexibility in fitting around these obstructions. I think that there should be a warning about this potential problem on such storage rooms where this occurs.
