Teh Girls working at the TW branch are excellent and should both be put forward for an imediate pay rise.

On leaving London, I had to wait about 5 weeks before my new build property became available. Without the help of Big Yellow, this would have left a problem. The attitude of the staff, the help given, the cups of coffee, and the excellent value for money made the experience a joy.

The staff at the Tunbridge Wells Big Yellow are so helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. They always do more than they need and are happy to help and give the store a nice personal touch. The store is clean and well managed even in the thick snow. I have used Easistore before so have experience of other store companies.

I have found Big Yellow to be very helpful from the beginning, with the best deal going. The access is easy to use but with the confidence of high security in place. There is always someone on the front desk there to answer any queries. I would recommend!

Excellent service on arrival, very good clear instructions & conveniently situated who could want for more.

I feel its unfair to put the prices of the storage up every year, it would be fair that the price you paid when you first moved into your storage area remains the same throughout your time you store unless you move to a bigger storage area.

Always treated very well by the lovely staff and found the facility easy to use ,clean and open at the times i required to use it. I will use Big Yellow as my storage space in the future.

Have been unwell recently, the staff have been great and always willing to help when I have need to visit, whether I need a hand to move something or a few extra minutes after closing.

The Big Yellow Company have very helpful staff. I can't remember the ladys name she had tight curly strawbery blond or ginger colour hair. The training must be be very good because the customer service was outstanding and I have recommended the company to a few people. The security is very good and felt safe leaving my property in the lock up.
