Initial enquiry handled in a smooth friendly professional manner outlining the various sizes/costs and showing a potential room On the day registration and booking was simple and quick

priscilla was my first contact and she explained everything very carefully and showed me an example of the size I required which gave me a good idea of how much I could store.she was also very enthusiastic and it was a pleasure to talk to her, she also gave me time to ask questions without any pressure.

I experienced friendly and professional service both on the phone and in person. The online booking system is clear, easy to use and efficient. Reasonable costs due to the generous new customer discount.
