From my first meeting with your employee Kurt based at Twickenham depot to my meeting with Priscilla on my moving date all was dealt withprofessionally and all aspects were explained in depth.

Good customer service , friendly staff (Kurt) made something fairly mundane like storing stuff a pleasant social experience !
