Friendly staff made transmission so easy

Great service from Priscilla in Twickenham

Simple, Nikki and Ali are so very helpful and srtright forward speakers, No beating around the bush.

Friendly and helpful staff that answered any questions. The storage was easy to access, clean and a good tempreture.

Excellent customer service and prices clearly explained. Initially dealt with by Ali but excellent support from Nicki on moving in.

The person Who took care of my move in was Priscilla. Very nice and friendly, helpful young lady. As I arrived started with the paper work. Asked me for a cup of tea or coffee. Showed me my unit to confirm and the process of the code entrance, if I had any problem not to hesitate to call her or send an email a very good team.

I do not know where to start but my experience was 11/10. The communication on phone and email was great. The place is clean and nice. At the reception are 2 very very nice girls Priscilla and Lauren who told me everything i needed. Very kindly!
