Overall a successful move - pleasant helpful staff at Twickenham yellow box.

I went over a lunch time which may explain it but there was a customer beofre me. The process was way too slow and I ended up getting back late as I stood in reception waiting for over 40 minutes. The person does have to take clients up to see the rooms which I understand but there must be a way of streamlining the process

Smooth process to hire a room and easy access - as long as you remember your pin number! One suggestion to improve things - replace the plastic dust sheet with a cotton one. I placed the plastic sheet on the floor then promptly slipped on it whilst loading boxes in.

This has been a very useful stopgap for us. No one likes to see all their belongings in storage when moving, but i am happy it is all safe and secure and readily accessible.

Moving to a smaller house meant storing excess furniture was a must. Gave us time to think about what to keep and where it would go in our new home. All staff so helpful.

I am happy with the storage provided, staff is very friendly and the security arrangements are good. A very good option for temporary storage.

I am astounded by the attention to detail I see when I use my storage space. It is the only time I have ever used such a facility and admire the ease, simplicity and security that BYSS has given me. The storage boxes are a bit pricey but I am very happy with the service.
